The Televoke Business Partner Program is designed
to get partners up and running with their own
customized and privately branded application
as quickly as possible. The Business Partner
Program is as follows: |

1.
Qualify Application |
 |
 |
First
step is to fill out a request
form with basic contact information. Someone
from the Televoke Business Development team
will contact you to discuss your application
and potential fit with Televoke.

2.
Televoke Demonstration |
 |
 |
If there is a fit, Televoke can provide access
to the Televoke sample demonstration system
accessed at www.televoke.net.
This demonstration system helps potential partners
better understand some of the capabilities of
the Televoke service platform.

3.
Define Functional, Technical, and Business Requirements
|
 |
 |
Televoke
will work with you to define functional and
technical requirements. This document will also
become the basis for a Televoke Service Agreement.
Moreover, Televoke will work with you to understand
additional business requirements including an
option for a future turn-key system to be operated
by the partner.

4.
Choose Hardware and Wireless Network Partners |
 |
 |
Televoke can assist partners in identifying
and selecting appropriate remote device hardware
and wireless network partners. You can choose
from existing partnerships, or can work with
Televoke to add new partners if current partners
do not meet business partner needs.

5.
Develop Demonstration System |
 |
 |
Televoke
can provide the partner with a demonstration
system at modest cost. The customer has the
option of a branded demonstration with private
branding of the Televoke demonstration site
with existing hardware units, or a fully functional
demonstration with a prototype site as per partner
requirements and integration of partner hardware.

6.
Development, Testing, and Integration |
 |
 |
Once the business partner and Televoke have
finalized the requirements, Televoke will customize
the Televoke service platform as per the functional
and branding requirements of the partner. Upon
completion of the customization, Televoke will
then test and release the application to the
partner. Televoke charges the partner for these
customer-specific professional services. In
addition, Televoke can provide system integration
services for fully integrated hardware, wireless
network, and services.

7.
Market Launch |
 |
 |
Televoke can work with partners to help support
a market launch, providing press releases, marketing
collateral, industry briefings, media placement,
and trade show support.
|
|
8.
Ongoing Support |  |
 |
Televoke
provides its customers with second level support
as part of the service agreement, and monthly
billing files for payment to Televoke, and partner
billing of end users.
