Eric
Carlson, President and CEO, Eric Carlson has worked in research, product development and executive management in Silicon Valley since 1972. Most recently, Eric spent the past two years as a management consultant and Visiting Senior Fellow at the Santa Clara University Center for Science, Technology and Society. From 1994 to 1999 Eric held VP/GM positions at Silicon Graphics (SGI) including VP/GM of the Visual Computing Business Unit. Eric was with the ASK Group from 1990 to 1994 and held several executive positions including President and CEO. Prior to this, Eric was with Unisys, Convergent Technologies, Inc., and the IBM Research Division. His research at IBM resulted in more than 50 papers, 1 patent, and an IBM Outstanding Contribution Award for the Geo-data Analysis and Display System.
Eric has a Ph.D. in computer science and a master's degree in city and regional planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His bachelor's degree in economics is from Carleton College in Minnesota.

William
C. Schwegler, Senior Vice President
of Strategic Initiatives and Chairman
of the Board, has been with Telcontar
since the company's 1996 inception and
currently holds the titles of both Senior
Vice President of Strategic Initiatives
and Chairman of the Board. He brings
more than 17 years of computer industry
experience to the company, including
a period in which he founded two previous
start-up companies. Bill has extensive
skill in integrating new technologies
to create innovative products, as well
as identifying new markets and distribution
channels for those products.

Jeanne
Angelo-Pardo, Chief Financial Officer,
joined Telcontar in June of 2001. She
has over twenty years of experience
in Silicon Valley, primarily in the
software industry. Prior to joining
Telcontar, she was the Vice President
of Finance for Pensare, Inc., and has
also held senior financial positions
at NetManage, Inc. and Cadence Design
Systems, Inc. Jeanne has extensive experience
in building infrastructures to support
growing organizations and holds a Bachelor
of Science degree in business economics
from the University of California, Santa
Barbara. Jeanne became a Certified Public
Accountant in 1983.

David
Wood, Senior Vice President of Marketing.
An early investor and board member
of Telcontar, David Wood joined the
company's executive staff as Senior
Vice President of Marketing in late
2000. David spent the past seven years
utilizing his expertise in strategic
planning, research and development,
and marketing as a consultant for developers
of both hardware and software products.
During the more than twenty years Wood
spent in the imaging industry, he held
a number of executive positions including
Vice President of Business Development
for Law Cypress Distributing Company
and director of marketing for Input
Software. David was responsible for
pioneering efforts in the development
of the first omni font OCR products
from Calera Recognition Systems as well
as the first client/server based document
management software products from Plexus,
now a division of Banctec. He has a
proven track record of success in all
areas of document imaging, a natural
fit with Telcontar's corporate and product
strategy. David holds a master's degree
in interactive educational technology
and a bachelor's degree in history from
Stanford University.

Doug
Daniels, Senior Vice President
of Sales, brings to Televoke a unique
combination of wireless and automotive
experience, as well as a proven track
record in forging successful customer
relationships. Prior to Televoke, Doug
was Vice President at Cellport Systems,
where he was responsible for sales,
marketing, and management functions
for the automotive segment. Before Cellport,
Doug was national sales manager for
SignalSoft Corporation. Doug began his
career at AT&T Wireless Services,
where he held a variety of senior sales
positions, including Director of Sales
for the Western Region, where his teams
were consistently ranked in top sales
status for the company. Doug received
a BA in Economics from the University
of Colorado and MS in Telecommunications
from the University of Denver.

Richard
Poppen, Vice President for Research
and Development and Chief Technology
Officer joined Telcontar in 1997
as its first non-founding employee.
Rich holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics
from Pomona College and a master's degree
in mathematics from Stanford University,
and has more than 33 years' experience
in the development and analysis of mathematical
algorithms, including 13 years in the
digital mapping and navigation industries.
Rich holds nine patents. He also serves
on the board of trustees of The Good
Shepherd Fund (www.goodshepherdfund.org).

Ann
Cowan, Vice President of Engineering,
joined Telcontar in November of 2001.
She has 20 years experience in software
product development engineering and
management. Before joining Telcontar
she worked at InterTrust Technologies,
Inc. as Vice President of Engineering
and then as Senior Vice President of
TrustNet, an ASP service for InterTrust
partners. She has also held senior management
and engineering positions at Silicon
Graphics, Inc., ASK/Ingres, and other
software companies. Her experience includes
building and managing teams that successfully
deliver products focused on end to end
product solutions for RDBMS, network
protocols, 24x7 production systems,
software developer kits, web server
solutions and user applications. She
holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in computer
science from Texas Christian University,
Fort Worth, Texas.

Graham
Page, Managing Director of European
Operations, has a strong background
of general management including sales,
marketing, implementation and support
of application software throughout Europe.
Previous roles include Vice President
Europe at both Sherpa Corporation and
ASK Computer Systems, and Managing Director
at Numetrix. In each case Graham was
responsible for restructuring and building
successful, profitable operations. He
also has more that twenty years experience
in interim management, business planning
and development, B2B sales, partnerships
and relocations. Graham holds a Bachelor
of Science in Mathematics, with honors.

Rick
Bentley, Founder and Board Observer
founded Televoke in 1998 prior to its
merger with Telcontar in January of
2003. He is is intimately familiar with
Internet and telephony, as well as the
consumer electronics industry. Rick
headed Program Management for General
Magic, a well-known Silicon Valley Internet/telephony
technology house. Prior to that, he
was Director of Business Development
for Machina Inc., a successful product
design and invention house, and Director
of Product Development for Sensory Inc,
a fab-less integrated circuit design
company. Rick earned a BS in Physics
and a MS in Engineering from UC Berkeley.
